Pricing questions
Who counts as a technician?
Anyone who runs jobs in the FieldCX field app: the person assigned to the visit who quotes, works and closes it. Each technician is US$129 per month.
Who counts as an other user?
Everyone else who signs in: admin, dispatch, CSRs, helpers, stores and accounts staff. Each is US$99 per month.
Is accounting included?
Yes. Every user gets every feature, including the general ledger, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, job costing, inventory and Axon AI by LogsNX. There is no separate accounting package to buy.
Is implementation included in the monthly price?
No. Implementation is a one-time charge, quoted after we understand your setup and the history you want to bring across. Support and updates are part of the monthly price.
Do I need any other subscriptions?
Only for the services you connect. Calls and texts need a RingCentral account, card payments need a Stripe account, vehicle tracking needs a GPS telematics subscription, and lead providers bill you directly. Those charges are paid to the providers, not to LogsNX.
Can you move my data from my current system?
Yes. We bring across your customers, items and equipment, and your history when you want it: invoices, payments, bills and journal entries. For Aptora Total Office Manager there are fixed-price migration packages you can price yourself on the TOM migration page.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Ask us about billing for Australia, the United Kingdom or the UAE.
Prices as of November 2026 and subject to change. All prices are in US dollars per user per month and exclude taxes and the one-time implementation. Third-party services you connect are billed by their providers.
