How you sign up
You join by ticking the text-message box on a form at fieldcx.io and entering your mobile number. The box is optional. You don't have to agree to texts to book a review, ask a question or buy anything from us.
What we send
- Messages about the review or demo you asked for: confirming a time, reminders and changes.
- Replies from our team when you text us.
- Occasional FieldCX product news and offers.
How often we text depends on your booking and on what you ask us.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this program. STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOP ALL all work, and so does telling us in any other reasonable way, such as by email. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, then no more. If you want texts again later, tick the box on a form again.

Rates and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here and to contact you about your request. We don't sell it, and we don't share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how we text you, we'll tell you by text before it applies.
